Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of pharmaceutical and wellness products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used items unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

  • If you receive a damaged, expired, or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may require photo evidence to process your claim.

  • Approved refund requests will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment.
