All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Free on all orders over $50

  • Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days): $9.99

  • Overnight Shipping: $24.99 (available on select items)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays beyond our control.

 International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently ship only within the United States.

 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier’s website.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

 Undeliverable Packages

Packages that are returned to us due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts may incur a reshipping fee. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before finalizing your order.
